Meet Our New Teammates!

Welcome New TFC Staff


Please join us in welcoming the newest members of the Texas Film Commission, Production & Marketing Program Manager Leigh Davis and Production Incentives Coordinator Taehee Kim!

Prior to joining the TFC in this capacity, Leigh was a member of the office's Incentive Department, where she worked as a Production Incentives Specialist. Additionally, she has been credited on over 40 Texas-made feature film and TV projects over the course of her career, including Office Space, Friday Night Lights and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003). 

In her role as Production & Marketing Program Manager, Leigh is helping to oversee the newly-combined Production and Marketing team, as well as helping to respond to production inquiries and showcase Texas as a premier production destination.

As part of the Incentives team, Taehee has already begun assisting with a wide array of activities, including helping to coordinate project inquiries and incentive applications. She comes to the Texas Film Commission by way of The University of Texas at Austin's Radio-Television-Film department. Prior to joining the team, she interned at the Austin Film Festival, Warner Bros. Discovery and HBOMax.
