Deadline for Formal Comments on HHS Employment Readiness Proposed Rules Due Sept. 3

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting comments from stakeholders on the following proposed rules, which are now posted in the Texas Register. The comment period ends Sept. 3, 2024.

• Title 26, Chapter 260, concerning Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD) Program and Community First Choice (CFC) Services
• Title 26, Chapter 262, concerning Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Program and Community First Choice (CFC)
• Title 26, Chapter 263, concerning Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) Program and Community First Choice (CFC)
