JANUARY 2022 NEWSLETTER

2022

Happy Crime Stoppers Awareness Month!

Seal

Every year, the month of January is dedicated to raising awareness of Crime Stoppers’ successes and motivating more Texans to get involved. In the past year, Crime Stoppers programs across Texas have received over 67,800 anonymous tips leading to the arrest of over 3,200 suspects, $1.1 million in rewards paid, and $3.8 million worth of narcotics seized by law enforcement responding to tips.

Please share this proclamation and encourage all Texans to join in this effort and help create an even brighter future for our state!

It’s that time of the year to submit this year’s required reports:

Deadline

The Probation Fee Repayment Report (PFRR) will be opened at a later date.

To access your reports, an email was sent to the organization’s President or Chair listed on the 2021 Annual Report with your organization's unique username and password to submit the required reports. It is recommended to have all data ready to enter when logging in to complete the reports. All reports are due February 28, 2022.

Please share this information with your board, executive directors, and law enforcement coordinators to give them ample time to gather the data to complete the reports. For questions, contact Reilly Frazier at (512) 463-8306 or Reilly.Frazier@gov.texas.gov.
