COVID-19 VaccinationSurvey for TexasAdults withDisabilities

You are invited to complete a survey that collects information on the perceptions and experiences of adults with disabilities about COVID-19 vaccination. You are eligible if you live in Texas, AND you are an adult (18+) with a disability, OR a caregiver to an adult with a disability. Use the button below to take the online survey. For a paper version of the survey, please email smagana@austin.utexas.edu. Texas Center for Disability Studies at UT Austin will mail the paper survey to your preferred address.
