Dear Fellow Texans,

For more than a year now, our office has been working to keep you apprised of the latest business-related COVID-19 updates. We are now happy to share our newest recovery resource, launched just this month—the Emergency Preparedness & Recovery Webpages. This site serves as a single comprehensive listing to assist Texas small businesses, local governments and economic development organizations in preparing for and recovering from all types of possible emergencies and natural disasters. We will also house the latest COVID-19 resources on the site. We urge you to explore our new webpages at the link below and share this information with your network.

As we phase out the COVID-19 distribution list, we hope you will stay in touch. We invite you to subscribe to one of our popular email updates to continue receiving economic development news and important announcements from our office. There are multiple lists, covering various topics you can choose from to stay connected:

  • Texas Business Bulletin: Monthly updates on our office’s activities, future events, important announcements, tools and resources for anyone currently doing business, or looking to do business in the state of Texas
  • Small Business Updates: Helpful information for Texas small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and prospective business owners, looking to start, sustain or grow their business
  • Export Assistance Updates: Resource updates for Texas businesses interested in exporting, or current exporters looking to expand into additional markets
  • Resource Provider Updates: Opportunities for Texas business resource providers, such as economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, government agencies, academic institutions, banks, small business development centers and nonprofits

We look forward to keeping you informed. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our office if we can be of assistance at any time. On behalf of the entire Texas Economic Development & Tourism team, thanks for your continued partnerships and for all you do for our great state!
