Plaza Classic Local Flavor

Plaza Classic Film Festival Now Accepting Local Flavor Entries

The El Paso Community Foundation's Plaza Classic Film Festival is accepting submissions for Local Flavor, El Paso’s largest annual showcase of locally made and connected films, sponsored by our office. The showcase will culminate with the fourth annual Local Flavor Awards, which will award $2,500 to filmmakers.

Legislative Session Update

March 12 marked the deadline for the unrestricted filing of bills and joint resolutions. Bills filed are now making their way to committees and hearings are being held. Our job is to continue to provide information and to answer any questions that legislators may have resulting from committee hearings. TFC staff continues to meet with industry stakeholders and provide information on our programs and resources. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office if you have questions.
