COVID-19 Webinar Follow-up Responses Now Available

The Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities (GCPD) hosted two COVID-19 webinars in April. Recordings of both webinars are now available on GCPD's YouTube channel. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) provided additional responses to follow-up questions which can be found on GCPD's COVID-19 information page.

HHSC's answers provide additional guidance on topics such as billing via School Health and Related Services (SHARS), eligibility for compensatory services under Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), and the availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to State Supported Living Center staff.
