The Texas State Independent Living Council (SILC) is holding a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, April 29th at 11:00 am CST. This is an opportunity to provide public comment on the draft State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL). This plan serves as a three-year roadmap to achieve the goals for the provision of Independent Living Services in Texas.
