Randy Rogers Carrying Kent Finlay's Legacy Forward
We recently spoke with Randy Rogers of the Randy Rogers Band about his work with Texas State University and its Center for Texas Music History's Kent Finlay Endowment, which provides scholarships for students to pursue music business studies. Rogers and his bandmate Geoff Hill perform an intimate acoustic performance on Sunday, December 9th at Seekatz Opera House in New Braunfels, TX with proceeds from the event being donated to the Kent Finlay Endowment.

Conroe, TX To Receive Music Friendly Community Certification
On Tuesday, December 18, 2018, The Texas Music Office will certify Conroe as the seventh city to be certified as a "Music Friendly Community" at a celebration ceremony from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Pacific Yard House in Conroe. The public is invited to attend this free event.
