The fall season is a busy time for our industries with numerous events, workshops, conferences, and more happening throughout the entire state. FFTX Workshop in Denton
Last week we hosted our final Film Friendly Texas (FFTX) Workshop of 2018 with more than 25 statewide community leaders in attendance. We look forward to working with new contacts on their final steps in joining our network of more than 120 FFTX certified communities.

Texas Film Round-Up in Waco
On November 9 & 10, Texas Archive of the Moving Image (TAMI) & Waco-McLennan County Library brought the Texas Film Round-Up to Waco, collecting more than 1,100 items from the community, including video collections from the 1950's & 1965 and beyond! The Round-Up continues to support TAMI's mission of preserving Texas film heritage and making items available to the public and educators around the world.
