The Transportation and Public Works Department will work in your area to rehabilitate streets.
The project involves heavy maintenance of asphalt resurfacing using full-depth reclamation. Only damaged curb and gutter, driveways, and non-compliant curb ramps will be replaced.
Streets that will be rehabilitated include:
- Alsace Ct. from SE Cul-De-Sac to Willow Vale Dr.
- Ashley Dr. from Kings Canyon Cir. to Kings Canyon Cir.
- Berrybrook Dr. from Kings Canyon Cir. to Kings Canyon Cir.
- Camelot Rd. from Sycamore School Rd. to SW Cul-De-Sac
- Clarendon St. from Camelot Rd. to Gladewater Dr.
- Gladewater Dr. from Sycamore School Rd. to Willow Park Dr.
- Green Willow Dr. from Kings Canyon Cir. to Kings Canyon Cir.
- Kings Canyon Cir. from Willow Vale Dr. to Willow Vale Dr.
- Sunny Glen St. from Camelot Rod. to Gladewater Dr.
- Willow Glen Ct. from Willow Vale Dr. to SE Cul-de-Sac
- Willow Park Dr. from Camelot Rd. to Crowley Rd.
The construction is anticipated to start in early February 2025 and be completed by September 2025.
Project signs will be in place prior to start construction. Door hangers will be placed on your front door one week prior to construction beginning. Driveways may be partially blocked during rehabilitation and while driveway approaches are being replaced. Landscaping and irrigation will be kept intact or repaired to current condition. No trees or sidewalks will be impacted.

El proyecto consiste en un mantenimiento intensivo de repavimentacion asfaltica mediante recuperaci6n en toda su profundidad. Solo se sustituiran los bordes y cunetas danados, las entradas de vehfculos y las rampas de la acera que no cumplan con la normativa.

Se preve que la construccion comience a principios de febrero del 2025 y finalice en septiembre del 2025.
La senalizacion del proyecto se colocara antes del inicio de las obras. Una semana antes del comienzo de las obras se colocaran volantes de perilla en la puerta de su casa. Es posible que las entradas de vehfculos queden parcialmente bloqueadas durante la rehabilitacion mientras se sustituyen las accesos. El area de las jardines y sistemas de irrigaci6n se mantendran intactos o se repararan a su estado actual. No se afectara a las arboles ni a las aceras
