FINAL REMINDER: Fort Worth Water Account Requires Immediate Action

This is the final attempt to contact you regarding your account migration. Despite our best efforts to contact you regarding the urgent need to migrate to our MyH2O portal, we have not received a response.
For our autopay customers, failure to migrate by this Friday Dec. 1 may lead to unpaid water bills, possibly leading to late fees or discontinuation of services for our autopay customers. Customers will also lose access to all billing history and profile information.
To migrate your account, follow these simple steps:

- Log in using your current portal ID and password.
- If you've forgotten your password, DO NOT click "Forgot password?" Instead, request a callback using the link below or call our Customer Contact Center at 817-392-4477.
You will receive an email with a temporary password and a link to update it. Please be patient; this may take several minutes.
Once your password is updated, you'll be able to log in, and your account will be officially migrated.
