Your concerns have been heard. We are currently collaborating with our vendors to offer you an upgraded portal. If you are using our older online payment platform (Paymentus), we request that you promptly transition to the MyH2O portal. Moving your account is a simple process and requires just a few easy steps:
- Visit the MyH2O portal by clicking here.
- Log in using your current portal ID and password.
- If you have forgotten your password, please DO NOT click “Forgot password?” Instead, request a call back using the link below or call our Customer Contact Center at 817-392-4477.3
- You will receive an email with a temporary password and a link to update your password. Please be patient, this can take several minutes.
- Once your password is updated, you will be able to log in, and your account will be officially migrated.
If you have already migrated your account and are receiving this email, we thank you for your prompt response.

For customers currently enrolled in autopay, failure to migrate your accounts to the MyH2O portal can potentially lead to unpaid water bills.

For customers not currently enrolled in autopay, failing to migrate your accounts will result in the loss of online access, billing history, and profile information.
