Bonfire Interactive: City of Fort Worth’s Online Bidding and Bidder Registration Platform
Dear Vendor,
We are writing today to let you know that all current City of Fort Worth vendors, as well as any vendors interested in doing business with the City, will need to register in Bonfire Interactive, the City’s new bidder registration portal. The City of Fort Worth has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to implement an online bidding platform where notification of bid opportunities and submission of responses will be handled digitally. The City of Fort Worth anticipates that it will stop its current process of receiving hard copies of bid responses and start advertising, collecting responses, and awarding solicitations through Bonfire in early December 2023.
To prepare for this transition, you are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Registration is easy and free, and it only takes a few minutes to complete. To register, visit the City of Fort Worth Bonfire page.

Please be sure to select the NIGP codes associated with your type of business or organization. Our solicitations will be set up using those codes and will be matched to vendors with the same codes. If you are already registered with Bonfire, you may use your existing name and password to register with the City of Fort Worth.
