Dear Valued Fort Worth Water Customer,
We have listened to your concerns and are collaborating with our vendors to provide an enhanced portal. If you are still using our older online payment platform (Paymentus), we kindly request that you migrate to the MyH2O portal as soon as possible. Migrating your account takes a few simple steps:
- Visit the MyH2O portal by clicking here.
- Log in using your current portal ID and password.
- If you have forgotten your password, please DO NOT click “Forgot password?” Instead, request a call back using the link below or call our Customer Contact Center at 817-392-4477.
- You will receive an email with a link requesting you to update your password.
- Once your password is updated, you will be able to log in, and your account will be officially migrated.
If you have already migrated your account and are receiving this email, we thank you for your prompt response.

For customers currently enrolled in autopay, failure to migrate your accounts to the MyH2O portal can potentially lead to unpaid water bills.

For customers not currently enrolled in autopay, failing to migrate your accounts will result in the loss of online access, billing history, and profile information.
