Important Notice: City of Fort Worth’s Online MyH2O Portal Deadline Approaching
URGENT FORT WORTH WATER UPDATE
Dear Valued Fort Worth Water Customer,
We've listened to the concerns of our residents and are collaborating with our vendors to provide our customers with an enhanced portal. As a result, we are postponing the launch date of the commercial MyH2O portal to December 4, 2023.
Starting Monday, December 4, businesses, schools, and industries with Fort Worth Water accounts can register for this free online portal by visiting www.FortWorthTexas.gov/water.
The MyH2O portal provides many great benefits to our commercial users, some of which are unique to commercial accounts:
- Monitor hourly water usage the following day
- Create a primary company profile for easy account portfolio management
- Pay multiple accounts with a single login and set up automatic payment
- And select communication preferences
To register on December 4, commercial accounts will need their water account number, billing cycle, and route number. This information can be found on the monthly billing statement. Once the commercial portal has launched, the older payment site will be discontinued. No account information will be transferred to the new MyH2O portal.
