Pay-for-Performance Process

Pay for Performance
Performance Evaluation

Pay-for-Performance was approved for fiscal year 2022 and will work similarly as it has in the past. Departments will assess individual performance evaluation ratings for eligible employees. Then departments will facilitate calibration meetings among managers in order to make informed decisions about ratings which determine the percentages given for this year’s Pay-for-Performance process.

For more information, view the Evaluation and Calibration Process online. If you have further questions or need more assistance with the Pay-for-Performance process this year, please email Justin Bock on the HR Organizational Development team.

On the HR Organizational Development SharePoint site there is an FAQ, a full video presentation and more calibration meeting information.
