New Fort Worth water bill payment site starts June 15
Our records indicate you are a Fort Worth Water customer that has selected paperless billing.
On Monday, June 15, the water utility is switching payment processing vendors and there will be a completely new site. The new site is much more user friendly than the current site and will offer additional features.
The current payment site will be taken off line on Friday, June 12 at 5 p.m. You cannot register for the new site until Monday, June 15, the first day it is available.
To ensure secure transactions, the new vendor will not transfer customer data from the current site. All customers who currently have an H2Online account must set up a new online account when the new site is available, starting June 15.
You will need to register a new online account and set up paperless billing when the new site is available, starting June 15. This includes re-establishing automatic payments, if you use that feature.
The city regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
