A Note From Jacob and Stephanie
Hello, Region 11 CTE and CCMR,
I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the newest member of the team at ESC Region 11 and am incredibly excited to join Stephanie and everyone here. I look forward to building upon the great work that Lisa and Chelsea have already accomplished, and I’m eager to visit each school district to better understand and support their unique needs.
As we enter November, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the spirit of gratitude and appreciation. With only two weeks until Thanksgiving break, it's a well-deserved pause for everyone to recharge. You have already accomplished so much this school year, and your dedication and hard work have set a strong foundation for student success. This season, take a moment to recognize these achievements and the positive impact you have made in your schools and communities.
Sincerely,
Jacob and Stephanie

The AP-IB exam state subsidy for the spring 2025 administration will be $27 for each AP and IB exam taken by a subsidy-eligible student.
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has provided subsidies for students taking AP and IB exams since 1993, when the Advanced Placement Incentive Program was enacted. TEA is committed to ensuring AP and IB exams remain affordable for low-income students.
The 2025 AP exam fee is $99. The College Board will provide a $37 fee reduction per AP Exam taken by an eligible student with financial need. In addition, schools are expected to forgo their $9 rebate for these students. With the Texas subsidy of $27, the resulting cost of an AP exam taken by an eligible student will be $26.
