Fatal Errors 30090-0007 and 40100-0001
Good afternoon!! Great job in all your hard work for your Fall PEIMS submissions. We currently have almost 20 schools in Fatal Free status! Please continue to work and let us know if you need help.
Please know we are working very hard to get to everyone's tickets, emails, and phone calls. Some have expressed frustration with the slow response times. We sincerely apologize for the slow responses, but we are working as quickly and accurately as possible.
Below are some workarounds that have come from the ASCENDER programming team. If you are encountering any of these issues, please try these workarounds. If these do not resolve your errors, please notate that on your ticket. If this has resolved those issues, please notate that on your ticket and close your ticket. Thank you!!!
Before you start making changes, PLEASE read the below information carefully.
Fatal Error 40100-0001
Issue:
TCC identified an issue when a student re-enrolls after snapshot. The As of Status Last Friday October code is pulling into the Student entity using the new enrollment record which is defaulted to blank.
This causes the error: 40110-0001: For a student enrollment (StudentSchoolAssociation), there must be a corresponding Student with the same StudentUniqueId. Data: [Data is missing or invalid]
Workaround:
Enter the correct As of Status Last Friday October code on Demo 1 for the active enrollment record.
Ex: a student was enrolled on Campus 001 from 8/12/2024 through 11/1/2024 then was transferred to campus 002 from 11/2/2024 through today, enter the As-Of Status Code onto the 002 campus.
Fatal Error 30090-0007
Issue:
TCC identified a data issue causing the error the 30090-0007 where MonthlyMinutes displays as NULL.
For example: 30090-0007: If ClassroomPosition is "01", "02", "03", or "04", and the Course does not start with an "S", then the following must be provided: NumberOfStudentsInClass, MonthlyMinutes, and ClassType on the corresponding Section. Data: ClassroomPosition: 087, Course: 1234, NumberOfStudentInClass: 18, MonthlyMinutes: [null], ClassType:01
Workaround:
1, Please check the TSDS Crosswalk Tables in Grade Reporting to ensure the course will be picked up there. If not, enter the information that aligns with the erroring course.
If that doesn't work:
2. Enter the Time Begin and the Time End on the Section tab for the Section/Instructor that is erroring. This will allow the system to calculate the Monthly Minutes.
