Changes reflected in retirement check

If you receive a retirement check from ERS, and you are not eligible for Medicare, premium changes for Plan Year 2015 will show up in the payment you receive at the end of September. Read more on changes in your check >

ERS Board of Trustee Updates

Each odd-numbered year, the ERS Board of Trustees is required to hold an election. The next trustee election will be held in early 2015. The next ERS Board of Trustees meeting is December 4-5, 2014.

New dental discount plan

Medicare-eligible retirees will have a chance to enroll in the new State of Texas Dental Discount Plan during fall Annual Enrollment, with a plan start date of January 1, 2015.
