This message applies to any retiree who receives an annuity from ERS. Please disregard if ERS does not pay you an annuity.
Your 1099-R information is available online today by signing into your account. See below for instructions.
- January 15, 2013 – We will begin mailing 1099-R forms.
- January 24, 2013 – We will finish mailing 1099-R forms.
- February 15, 2013 – If you did not receive you 1099-R, you can request another by signing into your account. See below for instructions.

To view your 1099-R information online:
- Log into your ERS OnLine account,
- Click the 1099-R Information link, and
- Click the blue link under 1099-R Description.
To request a duplicate on or after February 15, 2013:
- Log into your ERS OnLine account,
- Click the 1099-R Information link,
- Click the blue link under 1099-R Description,
- Verify that the address on the form is correct, and
- Click the Reprint 1099-Rs button near the end of the page.
