Summer Enrollment-ERS

The 2019 Summer Enrollment phase for retirees not enrolled in Medicare will run from Monday, July 15 to Friday, July 26. You can make benefit changes during this time.

Remember, if you want to make benefits changes for your dependents, you must do so during the same enrollment period as yours.

Summer Enrollment

ERS and plan administrators travel to Summer Enrollment fairs around the state to help you make informed decisions about your benefits. You may attend any fair or presentation—you aren't limited to those at your agency or institution. You can also join one of our Summer Enrollment webinars. All events are free and open to all participants.

Unless otherwise noted:

  • All fairs are from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. CT
  • The Summer Enrollment presentation for each fair starts at 10:30 a.m. CT
