Loop 1604 North Expansion Project

NEW PERMANENT RAMPS OPENING

Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024 at 9 p.m.

Bitters Road Westbound Entrance Ramp
NW Military Highway Eastbound Entrance Ramp

WHAT TO EXPECT

As part of the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project, TxDOT will open two new, permanent entrance ramps. The first will open just west of Salado Creek and Bitters Road, and the other just east of the existing NW Military Highway entrance ramp. The existing Bitters Road westbound (WB) and NW Military Highway eastbound (EB) entrance ramps will close.

Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024 at 9 p.m., traffic traveling in this area will use the new, permanent ramps to enter either the Loop 1604 WB or EB mainlanes.
