 WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project, TxDOT will fully close the Loop 1604 westbound (WB) mainlanes from the Lockhill Selma Road exit ramp to the IH-10 interchange and the Lockhill Selma Road intersection at Loop 1604 for rail demolition and deck breakback on the Lockhill Selma Road bridge, and to set overhangs and deck panels on the direct connector.
The nightly full closure will occur 9 p.m. - 5 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2024 until Saturday, March 16, 2024, weather permitting.

DETOUR INFORMATION
Loop 1604 WB mainlanes
Travelers will exit via the Lockhill Selma Road exit ramp. Traffic will continue on the WB frontage road through the Lockhill Selma Road, Vance Jackson Road, and IH-10 intersections and can re-enter the WB mainlanes via the entrance ramp west of IH-10.
Loop 1604 WB Frontage Road to Lockhill Selma Road Southbound (SB)
Travelers on the Loop 1604 WB frontage road headed to Lockhill Selma Road SB will take the Loop 1604 WB frontage road lanes to turnaround at Tradesman Drive. Traffic will continue onto the Loop 1604 EB frontage road back to Lockhill Selma Road SB.
Lockhill Selma Road Northbound (NB) to Loop 1604 WB Frontage Road
Northbound traffic on Lockhill Selma Road will turn right onto the Loop 1604 EB frontage road to turnaround at NW Military Highway onto the Loop 1604 WB frontage road lanes.
