Please be aware a telecommunications issue is affecting the Special Plate call center. Inbound callers have about a 10% chance to receive a fast busy signal. Most calls will get through on the second attempt so please try again. Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) technicians are working with AT&T to resolve the issue. Updates will be sent as new information is available.
