eLICENSING 26.3 Release Notes (08/28/2026 @ 12:20 PM)

Good afternoon,

On Saturday, August 29, 2026, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update
the eLICENSING System with Release 26.3 which contains the content summarized below:

eLICENSING Business Reported Issues which have been fixed:

•  General Manager and Dealer Principal Information Displayed Under
    My Licenses and Plates

•  General Manager and Dealer Principal Information Displayed on
    Criminal History Page

•  Dealer Temporary Plate/Sticker Replacement Application

•  New data fields displayed under My Cases
