eLICENSING 26.2 Release Notes (05/14/2026 @ 3:50 PM)

Good afternoon,

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update
the eLICENSING System with Release 26.2 which contains the content summarized below:

eLICENSING Business Reported Issues:

•  New Lessor - Unable to Upload Disclosure of Fees Statement/Proceed to
    Application Summary

•  Need to fix the system to no longer error when an external user uploads
    a pdf attachment to an Amendment application
