Initial Notification: RTS Release 25.4 (08/23/2025 @ 6:00 PM)

Good afternoon,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the Registration and
Title System (RTS) starting at 6:00 PM Saturday (08/23/2025), lasting up to 10:00 AM
Sunday (08/24/2025).

During the deployment window, the RTS POS and associated systems will be unavailable.

A notification will be published once the system maintenance has been completed.
