eLicensing Release Notes 25.1 (12/27/2024 @ 2:00 PM)

Good afternoon,

On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will
update the eLicensing System with Release 25.1 which contains the content summarized
below.

eLicensing Business Reported Issues:

     •    215/221 Rule Changes - Salvage Amendment Fee Change

                              Salvage amendments now have a $25 fee, which is consistent with
                              Independent Motor Vehicle license holders.
