Update: RTS Batch Reports are delayed (07/22/2024 12:05 PM)

Good morning,

The CrowdStrike global incident last week has affected the processing of the batch reports.

The following is where you can find the information for each day affected.

 

SUBSTATION SUMMARY/COUNTYWIDE

                  • Reporting for Thursday 7/18 is presented on Main Office CountyWide for 7/19

•Reporting for Thursday 7/18 is presented on Substation Summary for 7/18

 
Main Office:

• To Reconcile countywide:  Main Office locations only need to re-run CountyWide for
   7/18 and add to data reported for 7/19

  

BATCH INVENTORY ACTION REPORT & TITLE PACKAGE

• All locations will have to run by date from RTS POS Application

 

COMPLETED SET ASIDE TRANSACTION

• Will not be available
