The Consumer Relations Division (CRD) call center is currently unavailable to receive calls.
Support staff are working to identify and resolve the issue.

This morning's network outage was caused by external factors which adversely impacted TxDMV. A construction crew inadvertently caused a power outage which resulted in a statewide impact to network connectivity and TxDMV systems. Support Staff continue to work with external partners so we can resolve the network issues as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We will provide an update once more information becomes available.
