This evening, May 23, 2024, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update
the eLicensing System with Release 24.2.1 which contains the content summarized below.   

eLicensing Enhancements:  

• Add Fingerprinting to Salvage and In-transit
