Chapter 6 – Exempt License Plates
Section 6.3, “Regular Exempt License Plates,” was updated to include information that nonprofit food banks are exempt from registration fees but not the title fee and must meet the requirements listed on the Application for General Issue License Plates for Exempt Vehicle(s) (Form VTR-119).
