The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) adopts a rule that is published in the December 29, 2023, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted rule is available on TxDMV's website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules.
The adoption includes:
- amendments to 43 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 219, concerning oversize and overweight vehicle loads.
