Update Notification: 72-Hour & 144-Hour Permits Issue (07/25/2002 @ 02:45 PM)

Good afternoon,

The RTS 72-Hour & 144-Hour permits function is currently experiencing some
processing issues.  Support staff are working to resolve the issue. 

Latest Update:

   •  The RTS Point-of-Sale (POS) system is currently unable to process 72-Hour and
       144-Hour permit transactions.  Troubleshooting continues.

   •  The Web Permit Application is unaffected and is working as expected.


Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
