Good afternoon,
On Friday, May 14, 2021, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will be performing Cognos system maintenance. The duration of the maintenance is scheduled for up to 3 hours beginning at 7:00PM lasting until 10:00PM. During the maintenance window users may experience intermittent connectivity issues.
Note: A reply to all will be sent when the maintenance is complete. Please contact the TxDMV Customer Relations department if you experience system issues after the end of the maintenance window.
