The Standard Presumptive Value (SPV) calculator in RTS POS is currently unavailable. IT staff currently have a support ticket open with Black Book and are working to resolve resolve the issue.
As a workaround customers can use this link outside of RTS https://www.txdmv.gov/standard-presumptive-calculator for their needs.
