Initial Notification: RTS Release 10.0.0 (3/12/2021 @ 1:45 PM)

Good afternoon,

Over the weekend of March 20, 2021, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the Registration and Titling System (RTS) Systems. During the deployment of the new release you may experience intermittent connectivity issues to the following applications:

Starting at 6:00 PM Saturday (03/20/2021) through 6:00 PM Sunday (3/21/2021):

• RTS POS
• Cognos
  

During the deployment of the 10.0.0 Release you may experience intermittent connectivity issues.

 

Note: A reply to all will be sent out when maintenance has been completed. Please contact the TxDMV Customer Service department if you experience issues after the maintenance has been completed.
