Discussion and Possible Action Items:
- Preventing, deterring and detecting the misuse of dealer temporary tags.
- Consumer protection and financial issues when a franchise or independent dealer goes out of business, including independent and franchise dealer surety bonds; dealer statutory duties; and consumer reporting and credit issues.
