RTS Release Notes 9.6.1

Good afternoon,

Over the weekend of April 17, 2020, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the Registration and Title System (RTS) with Release 9.6.1 that contains the content summarized below. 

Enhancements:

• Out of County Registration Renewal
• Out of County Title and/or Registration
