The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles has published in the Texas Register adopted changes to the Texas Administrative Code, which affect Chapter 217, §217.84. The adopted Texas Register language is attached and is also available on the Office of the Secretary of State's website at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/pdf/currview/index.shtml.
