As of 11/8/18, the TDCJ Wynne Plate Unit was still under a lock-down. TDCJ does have a small skeleton crew working on allocation orders as well as the special plate orders. TDCJ is currently running two business days behind their regular schedule. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them.
