Initial Notification: TXDMV Systems Unavailable (06/21/2018 @ 7:55 AM Central Time)

Good morning,

 

An issue has been identified at the State Data Center which is affecting multiple state agencies. Due to this issue all TXDMV Information systems are currently unavailable. State Data Center support staff are working to resolve the issue. An update will sent by noon Central Time (06/21/2018) or as more information becomes available from the State Data Center.

Systems Impacted: All systems below will be unavailable and unable to access vehicle information during the scheduled time frames below: 

  • RTS
  • DPS (Law Enforcement) TLETS
  • MVI-Net
  • IVTRS
  • webSUB
  • MyPlates
  • Temp Permits
  • webDEALER/webSalvage
  • eTAG
  • Charity Plates

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 185322

Note: A reply to all will be sent when the maintenance is complete. Please contact the Service Desk if you experience system issues after the end of the maintenance.
