In preparation for the eTAG/webDEALER login security deployment eTAG users should ensure that they have a unique email address within the system (see attached for requirements). Several users have inquired about the process for updating email addresses. In order to assist you in making these updates, we would like to highlight the steps for changing an email address in the eTAG system.
It is important to note that email addresses can only be updated by your organization’s eTAG Administrator. eTAG administrators can use the following steps to update email addresses for their eTAG/webDEALER users.
1. Log in to the eTAG system 2. Click on: Manage Licensee Users (for user accounts) Or Manage Licensee Admin (for administrator accounts) 3. Search for the name of the user you would like to update 4. Select the user by clicking on their name 5. Edit the users email address 6. Click the Save button 7. Repeat steps 3 – 6 as needed to update the necessary email addresses
