DFPS Policies Updated on January 2

DFPS’s Child Protective Services (CPS) and Child Protective Investigations (CPI) programs updated their shared policy handbook on January 2. The changes address the following topics: 

  • The Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) System.
  • The primary caseworker in the Family Substitute Care (FSU) and Child Substitute Care (SUB) stages.
