February 1st is quickly approaching! Denton County Transportation Authority will be your Collin County Ride for elderly or disabled residents of Allen and Fairview, starting as of February 1, 2024.
You can book a trip with DCTA for Collin County Rides using any of these three methods:
- Via the RideDCTA mobile app
- To Book Online, visit Collin County Rides and click on the Booking Portal
- Call DCTA Customer Service at 940-243-0077
For the quickest service, existing customers, like yourself, are encouraged to download the RideDCTA app, log in with their previous credentials, and update payment information.
