Mayor Pro Tem Atkins and Trammell Crow Company to break ground

on JJ Lemmon Distribution Center in Southern Dallas

  

  

  

What:              Mayor Pro Tem Tennell Atkins, District 8; Trammell Crow Company, Clarion Partners and Rosewood Property Company will break ground on Trammell Crow Co. JJ Lemmon Distribution Center in Southern Dallas.

 

The new development of two, Class A, speculative industrial developments will provide more than 700,000 square feet of warehouse space. The distribution center is located in Southern Dallas at the International Inland Port of Dallas (IIPOD) at I-20 and I-45 corridor region an area that the City views logistics as a growth industry.
