WRR 101.1 Celebrates Lovers with Valentine's Day Programming
City of Dallas sent this bulletin at 01/28/2014 02:00 PM CSTDALLAS: WRR Classical 101.1 FM is for lovers this February, as the station celebrates the month of romance with a music countdown and full evening of dreamy compositions to serve as the musical backdrop to your Valentine’s celebrations. Each weeknight the first two weeks of February, the 24-hour classical music station will count down the top 10 romantic works in the library, as chosen by their listeners. Pieces like Clair de Lune by Debussy, Nessun Dorma by Puccini, and the love theme from Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet.
Romantic Rhythms airs weeknights at 6:00 p.m., February 3 to 13, 2014. Submit your requests and dedications by email at request@wrr101.com, or online at http://www.wrr101.com/infostore/wrrpoll.asp. Polling closes Thursday, January 30 at midnight.
Then sit back and enjoy the music Friday, February 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. as WRR Classical 101.1 airs Command Performance with Kevin Pytcher, an all-request and dedication show features the top 10 listener requests and your romantic, musical dedications to the one you love.
