The City of Dallas hosts Public Art Dedication Ceremony at Singing Hills Recreation Center

What

The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture in collaboration with the Dallas Park and Recreation Department brings the newest addition to the Dallas Public Art Collection. ”Hexalumina” is an experiential solar-powered public artwork by world renowned artist, Anaisa Franco. The art piece draws inspiration from the newly constructed Singing Hills Recreation Center highlighting the solar panels and technological amenities. This sculptural solar canopy integrates art, technology, and community into a single, uplifting experience.

Residents are invited to celebrate the public art installation at the free and open to the public event.
